Bio
Peter plays a key role across both our training and control room functions. Day to day, he is responsible for delivering training to new learners, coordinating courses, and liaising with both individuals and businesses to support their development within the industry. Alongside this, he manages control room duties, including updating control logs and supporting live event operations with the wider team.
When on shift, Peter’s main focus is ensuring communication is clear and effective, whether that’s between teams on the ground, within the control room, or with clients and learners.
He particularly enjoys working with learners and helping develop new people coming into the industry, as well as being part of the core management team and supporting the wider business.
Peter has been with ExcluSec since May 2023 and primarily covers event control and training across the business.
