Ashfak works within the operational team, supporting the day-to-day scheduling of staff across events and stadium operations. His primary responsibility is ensuring shifts are covered efficiently, helping the business run smoothly and making sure all sites are appropriately staffed.
Working closely with the wider team, Ashfak focuses on coordinating schedules, responding to operational needs, and maintaining clear communication to ensure everything runs as planned. His role is essential in keeping deployments organised and consistent across all locations.
Ashfak has been with The ExcluSec Group for five months and primarily supports our events and stadium operations. He enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to the smooth delivery of services across the business.
