Sam is an experienced security professional with over 30 years in the industry. As General Manager at ExcluSec, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of all areas of the business, ensuring operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards across all services.
His role involves managing both client relationships and internal operations, making sure that service delivery is consistent, efficient, and aligned with client expectations. Sam works closely with teams across the business to support performance, resolve issues, and ensure both clients and employees are well looked after.
When on shift or at work, Sam’s main focus is on delivering a client-driven service, ensuring all requirements are met and expectations are exceeded wherever possible. He places a strong emphasis on communication, reliability, and maintaining a professional standard across all sites.
Sam enjoys the variety the role brings, particularly the opportunity to face new and different challenges each day. He values working with a strong team and takes pride in contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.
Outside of work, Sam is a family man with four children and two grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family, days out together, and going to the theatre.
