Bio
Naomi’s role is one of the most varied in the business. Day to day, she oversees training, handles HR queries and issues, manages VISA and SIA expiries, processes invoices, keeps employee profiles up to date, and is often the first point of contact on the phone. No two days really look the same.
Her main focus at work is keeping things moving. Reducing open tickets, organising training, and resolving queries as quickly and efficiently as possible so nothing gets stuck or overlooked.
What Naomi enjoys most is speaking directly with employees and helping them where she can, making sure they feel supported and listened to.
