This is Mohammed Gharda, Service Delivery Manager within our Events team at ExcluSec.
Mo’s role focuses on overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our event operations, ensuring all deployments are fully staffed and that clients have full confidence in the service being provided. A key part of his role is making sure everything is properly planned and organised ahead of each event.
On event days, Mo is on site to ensure all staff have arrived on time, are correctly presented, and fully understand their roles and responsibilities. He works closely with both the team on the ground and the client to ensure operations run smoothly and expectations are consistently met.
Having been with ExcluSec for around three years, Mo has progressed through the business and built strong relationships with both colleagues and clients. He is known for his calm, organised approach and his ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments.
Mo continues to play a key role across our event operations, bringing consistency and reliability to every deployment.
