This is Mohammed Gharda, Duty Supervisor within our Events team at ExcluSec.
Mo’s role focuses on the day-to-day planning and scheduling of events, making sure all shifts are fully covered and that clients are confident in the security arrangements in place. A big part of his role is ensuring everything is organised properly before an event even begins.
On event days, Mo attends site to check that staff have arrived on time, are in the correct uniform, and understand their roles. He works closely with both the team on the ground and the client to make sure everything runs smoothly and expectations are met.
Mo has been with ExcluSec for around three years and enjoys working as part of a team that communicates well and supports each other. He mainly covers events and event-related sites, bringing consistency and a calm approach to every shift.
