Bio
Gemma is a Security Manager with over 10 years’ experience within the security industry and plays a key role in the day-to-day delivery of our manned guarding and response services.
In her role, Gemma oversees operations across multiple sites, ensuring they run efficiently, safely, and in line with both company standards and client expectations. She coordinates teams, manages operational issues as they arise, and maintains clear communication between officers, clients, and management.
When on shift, Gemma’s main focus is supporting her staff and officer welfare, making sure every site is operating professionally and safely. She’s very hands-on and believes that strong support on the ground makes all the difference.
Gemma particularly enjoys being out in the field, meeting officers and clients face to face, carrying out site visits, and building strong working relationships. She feels that being present on site helps maintain high standards, boost morale, and strengthen client confidence.
Gemma has been with ExcluSec for two years and covers operations across Manchester, Greater Manchester, and several sites further afield. She enjoys working closely with the wider ExcluSec team and takes pride in contributing to the company’s growth, reputation, and continued success.
