This is Matthew Wellington, Managing Director at ExcluSec.
Matthew’s role is focused on steering the company’s growth while making sure we continue to lead from the front in the services we deliver. He works closely with the operations team to ensure clients receive the best possible service, while also looking at how technology and AI can be used to support both our teams on the ground and the clients we work with.
No two days look the same, which is something Matthew genuinely enjoys, from strategic planning to problem-solving live operational challenges.
Matthew has been with ExcluSec for over six years and recently completed a management buyout, purchasing the company from James and Michelle. While office-based, he still regularly attends sites and events, staying connected to the frontline teams he believes are the backbone of the business.
