I just wanted to drop you a quick note regarding last weekend at Hale Barns Carnival.

As you are aware, this was our first time in running this event (or any event where we needed security in fact).

Your assistance at the start was great in confirming numbers and roles that your staff could provide, giving us peace of mind that our requirements would be fulfilled on the days and nights of the event. The paperwork was comprehensive and simple to sort out.

The team that came over the two days were great. Dean, who was supervising the team each day, was brilliant. He was calm, organised, and controlled. He sorted out personally the only real little issue we had over the whole weekend, meaning that 99.9% of all attending had no idea there was even a little issue at all!

The staff with him were universally praised for their handling of the crowds attending, with all of them being polite, professional and more importantly pleasant at all times. This was appreciated by both our volunteers and the public as well.

We would have no hesitation in using Exclusec again and would recommend you to anyone running similar events. I would even go as far to say that if someone wants to speak to me to get my honest opinion, then give them my mobile number and I will be happy to give a verbal recommendation.

Having used ExcluSec Security Solutions for several years as an addition to the service provider I had engaged in a service contract with I took the decision last year to hand over the full security service supply to ExcluSec.

The reason behind this was that within the time I had used them several things stuck out to me.

The professionalism that was displayed by both the people running ExcluSec and the staff employed by them when carrying out their duties I found to be head and shoulders above companies I have used in the past.

Regardless of changes to requirements made by myself be it short notice or planned have always been dealt with a great flexibility and response to requests speedy and without fuss, exactly what a business needs when approaching a service provider with changes .

A superb management team with an open door policy and a professional approach to all matters big and small that instils the greatest confidence in the security service they provide and the way in which their staff are treated by them, investing in staff training and welfare and also technology used in the form of check call systems and lone worker systems to ensure staff safety creates a company that delivers from top to bottom. A refreshing change to security companies I have been involved with in the past.

Whilst this may seem like a gushing eulogy for ExcluSec it is simply because it is.

A superb company which deliver on every promise providing an un-paralleled level of service of which I cannot recommend or praise highly enough.

All of the Staged Events team have had overwhelmingly positive feedback about the security team provided by ExcluSec at Irlam Live 2016. Everything was well managed, including sensitive positions involving some of our artists, and customer service on the front entrance was superb.

Special thanks has to be given to the Event Operations Manager, Dale Solan and the Event Control Supervisor, Matt Dinnery managing everything so well. All of the work done before and during the event helped to ensure we had very few issues to deal with over the weekend.

I was a bit dubious about having security on our events at the start, but I soon realised that ExcluSec were very different from the other companies out there. Not only faultless but a completely impressive service

All of the security that attended our cinema over the three days were professional and very open to our requests. They conducted themselves in a very friendly and open manner with us but also our Guests. They had a keen understanding of the reason we had requested security however still took part in ensuring our Guests and team were safe and having a good trip to the cinema. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all the staff from Exclusec for the Security cover at the Halifax Charity Gala. The Gala was very well attended and I know that our visitors were very impressed by the operations and services we had on site.

As the event manager for Heaton Park, we have a variety of event organisers that utilise our space here as an event venue.

These can range from small charity fun runs, to three nights of Stone Roses at 75,000 capacity each night.  Although this has been the first year that you have worked a selection of events at Heaton Park,

The National Trust held their first off-property event a Heaton Park on 26th & 27th October 2012.

Exclusec were highly recommended by the team at Heaton due to their previous experience in handling security for other events held in the park.

From the initial enquiry through to the first meeting and delivery of their security services during the event - Exclusec have been fantastic.

During the first meeting, James Bancroft's knowledge of the site ensured that we had every base covered for our security needs.  His questions regarding the event, during production meetings with the event producers, venue and the National Trust inspired confidence in us that he and his team would be responsive to any situations which may occur.

We contracted Exclusec Security Solutions Ltd to provide Key Holding and Alarm Response Services at our premises in Styal, Cheshire.

We were dissatisfied with the response times and level of service provided by our previous contractor. Since taking over the contract in 2010, the average time taken to respond to an alarm activation has been reduced from in excess of 1 hour to less than 20 minutes in most cases.
