Exclusec Security Solutions have been working with Manchester Medical Services to provide out of hours support for their site in Audenshaw.
The Trafford Park based security provider have a long standing relationship with the company having worked with the medical team at previous events and they have built on this relationship to provide a professional service for mobile patrols and alarm call outs.
“We have been working with Dave and the team at Manchester Medical Services for a number of years and they are a great team with a really strong setup” said ExcluSec Managing Director James Bancroft.
“We have a proactive mobile response team that work throughout the night for alarm calls out and who conduct mobile patrols on our client’s sites – we are able to successfully provide these to Manchester Medical Services to ensure that their building and equipment is secure throughout the night”.
The patrols are conducted on a daily basis and the mobile response officers on site use a programmed patrol route where they scan tags to confirm that doors/windows are securely locked and they then can also check for any damage on the building or on the company’s vehicles. These patrols have worked considerably well to deter any potential theft or damage on site.
The alarm call outs have also been significantly important for Manchester Medical Services, with one recent call out activated due to smoke coming from a boiler in the kitchen. On this occasion, it was an unconfirmed alarm that caused very little damage, but without the Exclusec mobile response team, things may have been different.
“Manchester Medical Services have been using ExcluSec to look after our premises out of hours for a number of months” said Manchester Medical Services Managing Director Dave Mylett.
“We have always found the patrol officers to be friendly and efficient and the office team at ExcluSec go above and beyond to ensure we are happy with the service they deliver – we would recommend ExcluSec for anyone who is looking for security patrols for their premises”
