We understand that from time to time our employees might need a little extra support. When they need somewhere to turn for impartial advice, the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is there 24/7.  The confidential Telephone Counselling Service offers professional support for:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Relationship problems
  • Bereavement
  • Tax advice
  • Legal advice

And what’s more, if required, we will also cover the cost of up to 6 face to face counselling sessions, to help get employees back on track.
